  • In 2007, ATS began to produce Ta2O5. Tantalum Pentoxide is an excellent high-index material suitable for coatings in the near-UV to IR regions with very little absorption. During the past few years, Ta2O5 coating materials experienced great successful application in DWDM coatings which was used in combination with silicon dioxide layers.
